If you are accessing our services on behalf of a group or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such group or organization to this Agreement.
2.1 Reservation: To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested by the Company. By submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by any additional terms and conditions imposed by the service providers, including airlines, hotels, and transportation companies.
2.2 Payments: You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and charges associated with your bookings. The Company accepts various payment methods, and you agree to comply with the payment terms specified by the Company.
2.3 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service providers and the applicable terms and conditions. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the cancellation and refund policies before making a booking.
3.1 Passports and Visas: It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess a valid passport and any required visas for your travel. The Company may assist you with visa processing, but it does not guarantee the issuance of visas or assume liability for any visa-related issues.
3.2 Compliance with Regulations: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of the countries you will be visiting during your pilgrimage. The Company shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to comply with such regulations.
4.1 Insurance Coverage: The Company strongly recommends that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss or damage of personal belongings. The Company does not provide travel insurance but may assist you in obtaining suitable coverage.
4.2 Insurance Claims: Any insurance claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider. The Company shall not be responsible for facilitating or resolving insurance claims.
5.1 Disclaimer of Liability: The Company acts solely as an intermediary between you and the service providers. While we strive to ensure the quality and reliability of the services provided, we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the services. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the services or any acts or omissions of the service providers.
5.2 Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services.
